We were introduced to eBay in 1998. Throughout the years we have offered a wide range of merchandise from electronics to native american art. We have been consistant in bringing you the best products at affordable prices.

The majority of the items we offer are from large on-line retailers. Often on-line orders never make it to the customer for various reasons. Sometimes customers either fail to pick up their (ship-to-store) orders or they return the item because they changed their mind. Occasionally the reason may be a minor cosmetic issue with the packaging etc. We are able to offer the same items you would buy at such retailers at significant discount to you. Most items are new, many are sealed in box but regardless, we make an effort to accurately describe in words and by pictures to make it an easy decision for you.

We offer you the confidence of knowing that what you see is what you get. We ship our orders in one business day whenever possible. We are committed to making your buying experience on eBay easy, quick and safe.

Payment Information

• Payment options include: PayPal, MO or Cashier Check
• Payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of the close of the auction
• Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction
• Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax
• Payments made by eCheck at PayPal take 3-4 business days to clear. Shipping will take place once the eCheck has cleared.
• Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay if payment has not been received within 7 days of the close of the auction.

Shipping Information

• FREE shipping when/if offered applies to any address within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam). 
• Orders will be shipped via insured DHL service (usually for items over 1lb) or USPS (smaller and less valuable items). Tracking number - if requested - will be emailed at shipment. Sometimes these emails wind up in SPAM folders. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of requesting it, please check your SPAM folder before emailing us. 
• Shipping to countries outside North America MAY be arranged only by contacting us BEFORE bidding.
• All orders ship within 24 hours of the receipt of your payment (except for PayPal eChecks)
• Shipping/handling costs are not negotiable.
• We will not ship to you using your own UPS/FedEx/DHL account number.
• Please report any shipping damage to us immediately.
• Local pickup MAY be available on some items. If you are in the Dallas, TX area and would like to pick up your item you need to confirm your request for pickup prior to bidding. There will be a small service charge that covers our eBay/PayPal fees if/when applicable.

Terms and Conditions

• Local pickup MAY be available on some items (see shipping info above).
• We ship to U.S. address only. Any exception or international request MUST be cleared prior to bidding.
• Defective/demaged products may exchanged if replacement is available. Email us to find out how to obtain a replacement. We will work with you to find the best solution.
• We accept returns providing that the product is returned to us UNOPENED and in mint condition. You must email us to receive an RMA and instrucions on how to return the product to us. We do not pay for return shipping. We refund the purchase price of the product minus a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping/handling. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe that the circumstances warrant it. Please read the item description carefully before you bid.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

• What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
  Report any damages during shipment to us immediately. Please report damage to US by email withing 24 hrs after receipt.

• How do I know my order has been shipped?
  We ship 90% of our orders within one business day from the time it was ordered. No shipments are processed on weekends. If you need to have the tracking number (only avalable on items weighing 1lb or more, otherwise we have a delivery confirmation number only) please drop us an email requesting it and we will be glad to provide that info. When requested, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) for your order within 24 hours of your request. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder or verify that you have a valid email address on file with eBay.

• When will my order be shipped?
  All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of payment, often same day. Orders paid with an eCheck at PayPal will be shipped when the eCheck has cleared which usually takes 3-4 business days.

• Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
  We only charge sales tax to customers in the state of Texas as required by law. Sales tax for our Texas customers is 8.25%.

• Can I pick up the item to avoid having to pay shipping/handling costs?

• Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple units (when available)?
  Our BUY IT NOW price is firm. We have great pricing, immediate shipping, and a trustworthy reputation. Our products are priced to move. You have zero risk doing business here. What you see is what you get. We discount shipping for multiple item orders. If you are planning to place a large order, please email us for a shipping quote.
