Vintage Kenner 1967 SPIROGRAPH #401 Drawing Set VGC

Up for auction is a great 1960s game, Kenner's Spirograph  set #401.  The kit comes in the original box and is near complete (only missing two of the four ink pens which probably would be dried up by now, fine line markers or pencils work equally well in this kit).  The kit is used for designing beautiful patterns in a geometric design.  It comes with 18 transparents plastic wheels, 2 transparent plastic rings, 2 transparent plastic racks, baseboard (no paper is included), fitted storage tray and a 16 page full- color illustrated pattern booklet with instructions.  The box is in great shape with the exception of a tape mark pulled off on the upper left hand corner.  The corners are intact on both lid and base.  There is some drawing on the baseboard.  Overall it is in very good condition considering it is over 40 years old.  Scroll down and view the pictures and you can see for yourself.

This fun 40 year old toy has a lot of milage left and is a wonderful toy that has survived the test of time.
