RARE Emily Post Etiquette 1923 Antique Book Vintage Old

This is a rare copy in very good condition of the antique illustrated book "Etiquette" published by the well-known author Emily Post.  It is a later printing and appears to be a sixth edition from February 1923 (the first edition was in 1922), published by Funk & Wagnalls.  I have only seen two of these old books for sale in the past, both were sixth or later editions in worse condition, and they sold for between $75 and $100.

The book has a blue hardcover with gold gilt labeling, it is very clean throughout without apparent tears, folds, or markings except the owner's name written neatly at the front, with only light edgewear to the cover and spine, as shown, and the spine and hinges are loosening a little, but the book is still entirely well-bound.  Overall, it is a very nice copy of an extremely scarce vintage collectible book.
