This is a rare antique 1st first edition book entitled "Katahdin Camps" in nice condition for the age, by C.A. Stephens, published in 1928 by Houghton Mifflin, with a green cloth hardcover, numerous black and white full-page plates, pictorial endpapers, and 254 pages.  This book has sold in comparably good condition for $80 to $100 on rare book sites. Stephens was a naturalist and writer of juvenile literature. This is his last complete selection of short stories.

It is in extremely nice shape internally, very clean and bright, well-bound, without apparent tears, folds or markings to the pages, and the only damage appears to be the light edgewear and surface soiling to the cover, as shown, but overall a beautiful copy of an old vintage scarce 1st edition book.
