This is a Boxed Set of 15 GE MERRY TWINKLE Christmas Outdoor Lights from an estate. They may never have been used since the cord looked factory tied but I can't say for sure. They were a little dusty and the box has some storage wear. I tried each bulb in one of my cords--I found it hard to insert the bulbs into the one with this set. These are the C-9 size and all light up great and blink or flash. The translucent colors are four each of red, blue, yellow, and green--set includes 16 but the cord holds fifteen.
