This book is in very good condition. It has some light scratches on the front and rear cover and some light shelfwear. The pages are clean and unmarked. It was printed in 1998 by Batsford. 320 pages. The Richter-Rauzer is one of the key battlegrounds in modern chess. It is a favorite of the young generation of Super Grandmasters - Anand, Kramnik, Ivanchuk and Shirov are among its adherents as Black and White. In this system, boths sides give priority to rapid piece development. Immediate tactics characterize the fight for the center.
