Rothschild Girls Sz 12 Dress Coat, Wool,Gray/Faux Fur

Previously owned but in excellent used condition, this is an authentic Rothschild girl's size 12 100% wool dark gray dress coat, double breasted. The interior lining - in excellent condition - is black polyester. The coat has faux black fur trim at the collar. This is truly an heirloom coat that is intended to be passed down from generation to next, and beautifully styled and constructed in a classic design.  It is shown on an adult small mannequin, so if it looks a tad tight, that's because I was able to get this size 12 girls coat on an adult stand. The coat has two side pockets at hip length which start at the front of the coat and extend slightly over the side seams.  There are four sets of double buttons at the front, PLUS a single button closure at the collar right under the trim. Coat has a soft pleat on the back starting from the waist down.

Measurements, when laid flat and buttoned, are as follows: Sleeves are 1', 7" long. The coat itself is 3', 2" long from shoulders to hem. Bust line measures 1', 4 1/2" wide when measured under the buttoned arms.

This is not a lightweight coat, but a long girl's size 12 wool coat, hence the shipping charge.  On the other hand, a new Rothschild in this size, 100% wool, starts at over $220 retail plus tax and shipping.
