model is guaranteed 100% complete. in original box as it arrived from factory. i opened only to see date on blueprints which is 1940. plans say drawn in 1940, revised in 1957. constitution model # 1093. i guess this model to be from early 1960's. TERMS OF SALE: paypal only.  no returns. no international shipping. lower 48 buyers only.
