All packages are shipped well protected as I use only record mailer boxes with cardboard fillers.  If you do not have insurance, once I mail a package it is out of my hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal system to deliver it to you and deliver it undamaged.   I can provide the date sent and Customs form number for foreign packages.  I will provide the tracking number on EXPRESS mail packages.   For USA packages I can provide the date sent.   I am not responsible if it does not get to you.  If this is unacceptable please do not bid.
