PLEASE NOTE: We have created these high quality digital items. You must have some knowledge in psd files to use these templates. Please read entire auction for details. The DVD's do not come on a manufactured DVD and they do not come with a label because labels can sometimes damage your computer. The DVD is just a vehicle to send them to you. I burn my own DVD's and label them with a black marker.  Your DVD will be MAILED first class mail through the USPS!!!

Shipping

Free shipping for the USA and Canada!!! International shipping is a flat $5.00 fee for a single DVD please add $2.00 for each additional item. I send all of my large digital items on DVD's.  Smaller files will be sent on a CD. I will mail your package first class mail through the USPS.

The Post office has 10 business days to deliver first class mail. If paying through Paypal, I will use the Paypal shipping service. Paypal will send an email with your shipping confirmation information when the shipping label has been created. Occasionally the Post Office will not scan small packages. If your item has shipped, but tracking is not available, this is probably why. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please let me know and I will resend you order.

Defective disks/broken items will be replaced immediately.



Terms of Sale

 You must have a program such as Adobe Photoshop to open and manipulate these images any program that lets you work with layers will work. I only use Photoshop and am unable to recommend or assist you with any other program. The templates are saved in layered PSD format at 300 dpi and can be used with any program that supports PSD files. Since the layers are editable, you can change the colors, fonts, and resize the template for a different purpose. The possibilities for use are unlimited!!

Due to the nature of our auctions we do not grant refunds. The Timeless Garden stands behind everything that we sell, so if you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact us. If there is a problem we will replace the item in a timely manner. All of our photos of backgrounds and props were taken by me and my design team created exclusively for The Timeless Garden. Upon the purchase of these images, you hold the right to use them in your photography business for client use.

Our products are copyright protected and can not be resold as they are. They are designed to be used as backgrounds, or composites to enhance your own personal or professional portrait work.

You do not however own the copyright and cannot sell or represent them as your own original works of art for resell outside of the above mentioned use.

You may sell prints to your clients and use them in your home for personal use.

About Us

The Timeless Garden is a family owned business. It's not an easy job but a labor of love. Each design takes hours to create. Many of the embellishments are hand drawn and made into a Photoshop brush to be used over and over again. All of the photos have been taken by me or my sons.  

I have been a designer for 15 years and started selling my designs on ebay such as copper garden art
and vintage signs. Approx. 5 yrs ago I started focusing on Graphic designs. I LOVE IT!!!

I thought it was time to introduce you to my design team. They work hand in hand with me creating our designs.

Jesse, age 16, is responsible for some of the designs you see on our templates. Jesse has entered various contests for his designs and has won many awards.

Dylan, age 18, helps with creating templates as well as updating our website. Dylan is adding step by step instructions and free items on a regular basis. I couldn't do it without them.  

At The Timeless Garden we are always working on the latest and greatest looks to compliment your photos. We are constantly changing and evolving. You will find that digital templates and backdrops are just what you need for an updated look.

Our Photoshop templates are very easy to use. Simply drag and drop your image into the provided spaces, personalize the text and you have a photo that will be cherished forever. We are constantly changing and evolving.
