Shipping costs reflect shipping within the lower 48 states only. Sorry we do not ship internationally.
We are known for our quick shipping. Once payment is received, your item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Your item will be shipped directly to you from our headquarters in Claremore, Ok. Please allow atleast 5-7 business days for your item to reach you.
UPS ground is our preffered shipping method. We use USPS flat rate boxes for the smaller stuff. If this is being shipped UPS, Please provide us with a physical street address if you have a P.O. box on file with Ebay. Please note that we will only ship with the shipping service that is noted, we cannot make exceptions. We will ship to the address that you have on file with Ebay.
Local Pick up is available on this product!!! Pick up times are on weekdays from 12:00 to 5:00. Our warehouse is located in Claremore, OK. Items must be picked up within 5 days of auctions end or item will be re-listed. All shipping costs will be deducted from invoice if you choose to pick the item up. Please note that 8.517% sales tax will be added to all Oklahoma orders - pick up or delivery. Thanks!
We combine ship on all products that can fit into one box. So be sure to load up on a bunch of smaller items to get your moneys worth!!! Larger items cannot be combined due to the fact they will have to be shipped seperately. If you are concerned about the size of an item and whether it can be combined or not, just ask us and we'll let you know.
PAYMENT DETAILS
We currently accept Paypal payments as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by Credit Card, please notify us at auctions end so we can send you a seperate invoice.
Payment is due within 24 hours of auctions end.

Bidders Agreement - Please Read
Thanks for your interest in our products! We are merchandise liquidators so we receive products in all different kinds of conditions ranging from brand new to heavily used. We try to inspect and test every product that we receive to the best of our ability and give our best description of the product condition. Please note that we can only be held responsible for what is described in the item condition section of the auction. If you receive a product and it contradicts what was described in the auction, then we will take responsibility for it and we can discuss the appropriate recourse. We cannot take any returns or refunds whatsoever after 3 days (unless noted otherwise) of delivered product for any reason, most problems can be detected within this time frame. Please note that if a product is damaged in transit, all of our UPS packages are insured up the amount of which you purchased it at, but please note we will need you to send us a picture via email so that we can submit the claim to the appropriate carrier. If we are shipping an item via USPS, you will have the option to purchase insurance at the end of the auction for $2.50. Many of our customers have been very satisfied with our products and our service which is reflected in our very high feedback rating. We hope to add you to that list. RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product that you received was grossly misrepresnted by our description. An example would be if we sent you an orange when you ordered an apple. Please note that we try to explain everything and take detailed pictures in order for you to make an educated buying decision. Please review product description and bidders agreement before bidding. No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstance after 3 days of your UPS confirmed delivered product. |
