This is a 25 CC Craftsman gas blower/vac .  This item is a return and is slightly used (see pics)  it has compression and spark.  I tried briefly to start this and it didnt start.  It probably needs spark plug and/or carb adjustment/cleaning to get it going.  It comes in the box with vac attachments shown, blower tube and bag, also has owners manual
