This is an unopened, very well-cared for package with a slight crease on top left of pkg (pulled from the case that way - see picture), otherwise in good condition. This package comes from a smoke-free, temperature controlled home.

Estimated shipping cost is based solely on item weight/shipping package dimensions, and ship-to destination zip code as determined by the e-Bay calculator.
