SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We ship UPS on heavy items.  Otherwise, we ship USPS first class, Parcel Post or priority mail to the United States within 7 days of confirmed payment unless, otherwise noted in auction, custom mouse pads or on a holiday or weekend. My full time job requires me to work away from home so on some ocassions I may not be able to immediately ship your item, I will email you on a case by case basis if you are unable to wait I will refund your full purchase price with no negative feedback, as I appreciate each buyer if this is the case I will email a special offer if you decide to purchase from us again in the future. Our shipping cost reflects our actual cost of shipping plus the cost of packaging and labor.  We do not profit from our shipping fees.  If you do not agree to our shipping fees, please do not bid on our items.  Shipping is not negotiable. RETURN POLICY
Please let us know upon receipt of your item(s) (within 48 hours) if there is a problem with your purchase that was not mentioned in the auction.  We are not responsible for items that don't fit or that you don't like.  Please ask all questions before bidding - We do not accept returns - ALL ITEMS SOLD IN "AS IS CONDITION", unless stated otherwise in the listing, or we make a major error in the listing.
Returns/exchanges: We will gladley refund or exchange any "pre-printed" (meaning your personal image was not used) minus shipping and handling and a %10 restocking fee

CONDITION GUARANTEE
We do our best to mention any defects such as stains, holes, cracks, wear or tear, or other defects/function, however we are only human and do occasionally miss something.  All of our merchandise is fully inspected and tested before it is listed – we do not provide 100% guarantee to the condition of them item – i.e. if we miss a minor detail that in no way affects the function of the item….. We do hand make each mousepad and inspect every mousepad before it is shipped. Mousepads are made with high heat press machines, in this process the transfers may leave a "frayed" like edge this does not happen often, however it does not affect the look of the product its function, or the quality or duribility
Actual color of an item may vary.  We describe our items color from the physical item itself...not from a picture. Our digital camera gives the look of the mousepad with a "glare" almost making the pad look dull,  We strive to describe the "actual" color of an item as closely as possible.  Pictures in auctions may depict varied shades of color because of picture lighting & differences in monitor settings.  So please ask all questions about item specifics before you place your bid.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
If you are outside the United States, please request a shipping quote from us before bidding. SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPIG.  Shipping fees quoted in the auction will not apply. After auction closes, please wait for us to send you an invoice before you pay. A minimum $6.00 handling charge will be added to all international orders due to the process of shipping overseas (packaging, customs forms, traveling to the post office, etc.) We prefer to ship Airmail; however will ship economy surface at the buyers request.
