Hello, you are bidding on a collectors plate "Girl with Little Brother" by Kee Fung Ng. 

Information on the back of the plate says "Plate Number 9/85 in a limited edition perminately closed in 1979.  First issue in the series, Children of Aberdeen, painted and signed by the master, Kee Fung Ng and fired under the hallmark of Artists of the World.  Bradex no. 84-3-1.1.  1979"

This is a great plate for any collector.
