This item is brand new.  It was bought at a discount, close-out store. 

Box is not sealed -- it had been opened when purchased.

Pieces are still in sealed bags except octopus which is loose.  This box includes two octopi.

Includes building pieces, minifigs, and instructions.

Box does have some crush damage and is open.


Item will be mailed in manila envelope.


 Sorry, but I do not accept returns on any Lego set.
