Great period photo - I would say it feels like 20s twenties - based on their clothes and shoes.. They seem to be singing ..acting ...pontificating? Handsome pair of teenagers teens or young college age men.  Dapper and well dressed. Full of gusto !   I am especially taken by the expressions on their faces.  You can also see the shadow of the photographer on the left hand side going up that man's legs.  

 Size is approximately 2.25 x 4 in.   Condition is good - small bit of wear on corners.   Actual photo is much more detailed and clearer than ebay scan.
