Payment Conditions:

If you wish to ship to an alternate address, you will have to contact your credit card (via the customer service number on the back of the card) and have the alternate address listed.
• If paying by Debit/ATM card, we can only ship to your billing address.
• If using a Credit Card from outside the United States and Canada, you will have to call in and speak to a customer representative for verification. We may not be able to accept your international card. Please inquire with us before ordering.

Shipping Policies:

• CCR Camera strives to ship every order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to ship out from our warehouse. Be aware that orders with alternate or international shipping addresses may be delayed. Ground delivery within the US takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. If you need quicker delivery time, we encourage you to contact us at 877-490-2688 after you place the order so we can arrange quick delivery service.
• Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all import customs and duties that are incurred when items arrive in their country. International customers should be sure to contact us before placing the order on ebay in order to determine acceptable payment methods, and ship rates.
• For orders weighing 15 pounds or less, customers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico should add $15 to the listed shipping cost. Boxes going to APO addresses should add $10 to the listed shipping costs.
• Expedited Shipping is available. Please contact us at 877-490-2688 after you place your order to arrange for expedited delivery. Representatives are standing by.
• We collect sales tax for all orders shipping to the state of NY.
• Packages cannot be rerouted mid-delivery, nor can you arrange for pick up at UPS Stations. If you missed your delivery, please call the shipping company to reship to you. If it is on its way back to us, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Return Policy:

• Returns/Exchanges: If you want to return or exchange a product ordered from CCR Cameras, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days of date of purchase. The condition of the returns must be in its original box with all its inserts and accessories, unfilled warranty card, instruction booklets, paperwork, and without any removal or alteration of the ups or serial number. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that do not meet the above standards. A restocking fee from 5-15% will be applied to the return. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
• Defective Items: An item that is defective upon receipt can be exchanged for the same item without a fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us, and we will ship the replacement back to you at no charge. If you wish to return a defective item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Again, if you want an exchange a defective item for a replacement, no restock fee applies.
• Please be aware that all returns and exchanges may take a few days to process, once it is received at our facility. We do our best to process every return and exchange as quickly as possible.
• The following items may not be returned and are final sale items: Televisions, Home theater Units & Receivers.

Warranties:

• Everything we carry is sold with a full manufacturer US warranty, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Missing Components:

• If you are missing a component of your package, please check your invoice to be sure that all components are mark shipped. If they are all marked shipped, and you have thoroughly checked through your box, please call us our Customer Service Department 877-490-2688
