These look like they should be a salt and pepper set, but they have no holes on the top. Each has a felt insert pad on the bottom, though one felt piece is loose. These are 2 3/4" tall, and are cast metal, though I don't know what type. Each has the emblem for Minnesota on the front.

Please don't give me less stars for cost of shipping, I agree rates are too high, but it is the post office that charges too much, not me.
