Return Policy:

 

  • We will accept returns for any product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase at your own expense.

  • All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip along with your order number

  • The item is returned in it's original box with all the things that it originally came with including the manual and warranty card.
  • Cost of shipping is non-refundable for returns. We will deduct our shipping cost from the refund. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer.
  • All damaged item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After which, the claim will be considered void.

  • All returns for refund  are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • You will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
  • When we receive the package, we will ship your replacement item at our own cost.

  • We will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box, warranty card, and/or our system.

There are absolutely no refunds for Car Audio or Video products once they have been opened and installed. Defective units may be sent back for repair only.
