• Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the event is officially cancelled and not postponed or reschedule for another date. Full auction price, less shipping charges, will be provided for officially canceled events.  For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our office to receive refund.
• Please note: We are not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be valid for the new event date. In some cases, the final sale price is above the face value of the ticket. . All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
• Seating Chart: Venue seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout.  Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout.  We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the tickets, including, the Section, Row and Seats # (only if the seat numbers are disclosed within the listing). As a value added service to our clients, we attempt to make a good faith, or bonafide attempt, to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart.  As the venue seating not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats.   At the request of any potential bidder, we will gladly furnish the event venue box office number for any of our auctions.
