Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance.  We will gladly ship a replacement item should an issue arise.

Customer should inspect items on receipt.  Any claim of damage or non-inclusion of items after 5 days will not be recognized.  After that, buyer needs to contact manufacturer for warranty service. 

   We reserve the right to correct typos/errors in listings and prices.  Thus, if shipping and/or price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel sales.

RETURNS

Please contact us prior to returning items

 Working items which are returned may be subject to a 15% restock free.  This will depend on the condition of product and if must be resold as used (badly torn packaging, etc)

Products with a manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to manufacturer for service/refund.  Items which are lost during the return process will not be refunded. 

It is recommended that insurance be purchased for all returns
