Notification of shipping damage

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Please note and document any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt, and specify if any cartons are crushed, ripped or open. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty

If you receive a defective item All Things Cedar will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase. We MUST be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or part. Our 15 day warranty covers replacement of any defective item or part. No returns for non defective items. All Sales Are Final
