All sales final. Make claims for damaged or defective items within 10 days. NO LATE CLAIMS ACCEPTED. No exceptions, please. Returns will not be accepted for credit, refund or replacement without prior approval and Return Authorization Number from Gallery Inc credit manager.

Gallery has been shipping glass for over 25 years and pack very carefully. Please inspect your delivery immediately! Orders are processed and shipped out in 3 - 5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service and can take from 1-6 business days to arrive depending on distance from distribution center.
