Shipping information
We will process your order immediately upon receipt of your payment. All packages will be sent with a traceable carrier so you do not have to worry about your package getting lost. The cost of shipping is pre-calculated so please see the Shipping Cost Formula for exact shipping costs.

Please note we mark signature required for all packages shipped out. If you do not want this option added, please contact us beforehand by emailing us so we can take the signature required option off. Once the signature required option is taken off per your request, you will be responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse.

We do not ship outside the U.S.A.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/PPO boxes.

Returns Information
All returns must be contacted about within 7 days to return.

All items that are purchased and have been paid through PayPal are final. If you would like to cancel an order for any reason, you will be held to the same restock fees as stated below. Please double check your order before making any payment to avoid restock fees.

We do not offer a warranty but we do guarantee any part from arriving to you DOA. If you receive a DOA part we will replace it as soon as you contact us with the information.

We do accept good unused parts back but there will be a minimum restock fee of $25 or 20% of purchase price per part, whichever is higher. If part is determined to be incorrect part as ordered or defective then we will pay for shipping on the replacement part. All parts returned will be tested. If the part returned stated as DOA tests out good, you will be charged restock fee and cost of shipping.

All auctions must be paid within 72hrs of purchase. If you win and do not pay you will receive a negative feedback.

Returns must be emailed within 7 days of receipt of product. Defective product will be replaced free of charge or refunded. Good product return will have a restock fee of 20% or $25 minimum per part. ETI will pay for shipping back on defective parts. Good part return is buyer's responsibility. Replacement shipping will be billed to buyer. We ship product same day as payment is made before 5pm Arizona time and tracking information is emailed to paypal account's specified email address same day.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
