Because we rely on our consignees for condition/functionality of an item we occasionally are not given accurate information. Therefore, if we offer a return policy for your particular item, we must stick with the 7 days from date of delivery. In the event you need to return an item under the agreed upon terms, you will be responsible for return shipping and we cannot refund your money until we receive the item back.
