Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. International is shipped global priority only so tracking can be provided. I charge $5 handling fee for all international to cover extra handling, and cost for payment conversions. I don't ship first class due to there is no record of the shipment, so priority shipping is to protect both seller and buyer. Remember, your item must go through customs and other fees through them may apply. Actual shipping time will vary due to customs. This includes Canada.  
Shipping amount includes a handling fee and delivery confirmation if the package is sent USPS. I cannot control USPS delivery schedules, so if an item is needed quickly, discuss this need prior to purchase, so that holiday closures, seasonal congestion, more limited weekend schedules, etc. can be considered. I generally ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment but there are occasional exceptions depending on my work schedule so please COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS. Please compare the date on the delivery confirmation(the actual date of shipping) to the date on your cleared paypal receipt (remember if you are paying with an echeck through paypal it takes paypal 5 business days to clear and I won't ship till it's cleared). If these dates are within 2-3 days please do not complain about amount of time the package takes to arrive at the destination. I cannot control the post office delivery speed. I ship either first class or priority. I will ship this item to all 50 states and internationally but these extra costs will be paid by the buyer. Pick- up for any winning auction is fine- please make arrangements before placing the winning bid so we are sure we can coordinate schedules. I will usually combine winning auctions to try and get the best price for shipping. Please confirm before bidding as some items do not combine easily(i.e. books ship at a cheaper rate than other items or several bulky items may be difficult to combine)
Many items are used and used items are generally not perfect although with many items the wear is minimal and not obvious. I have tried to describe the obvious marks but descriptions are somewhat subjective. Obvious defects will be mentioned. If you cannot make a decision based on the supplied pictures or information, please e-mail before bidding. By placing the winning bid you are agreeing to the item description. This includes the actual description, shipping terms (if you do not like s/h quote system that cover's the whole country and prefer a price specific to your zip then please choose a different auction) BY placing the wining bid in my auctions you are agreeing that this type of pricing is acceptable to you and thus you won't complain , etc. My feedback is important to me, please e-mail if you are not happy so we can attempt to resolve the issue. I cannot resolve problems if I am not aware of them.
Although, generally, 4 stars is an excellent score, due to eBay's changes in feedback, 4 stars actually has a negative effect. If you feel my service is excellent. I would appreciate 5 stars. I will always leave feedback for my buyer's if they have left feedback. Ours is a smoke and pet free home. I am not a jeweler or appraiser, but an admirer of fine jewelry and collectibles. Many of my items were bought new by my family or relatives but we do occasionally buy at garage sales or re-sale shops and of course I cannot guarantee the history of these items. CONDITION RATINGS
Our items are all rated with a condition from this chart. The chart is provided to show you, the buyer, how we rate our items.
MINT - In the same condition as when it left the store. Very few vintage and antique items can claim this.
NEAR MINT - No problems, as close to "new" as possible for age.
EXCELLENT - Shows normal wear expected for age, but nothing easily visible.
VERY GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for age with some minor problems visible, but problems will not detract.
GOOD - Has some definite visual problems. Structure is intact. Problems could be fixed.
I will seldom if ever offer anything that rates lower than GOOD, but might on occasion if item is extremely rare or hard to find in any condition. I describe everything in detail as to condition, but these ratings should be helpful.
