Normally merchandise is shipped within 3-5 business days from payment receipt. Insurance is available upon request. Insurance is highly recommended, I am not liable for any items once they are in route and have a assigned tracking number. - Excellent - almost like new
- Very Good - minor signs of wear
- Good - obvious signs of wear but no major damage
- Fair/Poor - excessive wear or damage as noted
According to the new eBay® feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade our service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges. It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating".
When you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication means "Satisfied", eBay®, however, considers this a low grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers, and more.
In other words, anything less than 4-stars = negative feedback for us!
