SHOE CONDITION DETAILS

0)Brand New - Never Worn.... Means the shoes have never been worn, they are brand new and I am the original purchaser and owner.

1)Excellent Like New Condition...........Means the shoes are in great - JUST LIKE BRAND NEW condition, but may have been tried on or one ONE TIME to an event. These will have no noticeable wear to the soles or uppers. I may or may not have been the original purchaser and owner - but will state that if I am not (meaning I received from a friend to sell, or I bought them myselves from eBay or a similar outlet).

2)Lightly/Gently Used Condition.............Means that these are in very good condition with very minimal signs of wear. The soles are in great shape with very light or no visible wear, and there are no holes, tears or rips in the uppers. There may be scattered light scuffing or scrapes on the uppers or base of the shoes, but nothing drastic.

3)Very Good Used..............Solid, decent condition with very light wear showing on the soles. There may be scuffs or scrape marks (or reasonable bend marks or creases from walking) on the uppers or base, but no holes, rips, or tears. Here, there may be normal toe or foot imprints if the footbed is leather or suede.

4)Good Used.........Solid condition with some wear on the soles, crinkling or creases of the uppers, scuffs or scrapes, but no holes, rips, or tears. If there is a rip, it will be repaired and noted as so in the description.

5)Used but with Life.............Solid used condition. There may be numerous signs of wear such as scuffs or scraps, and the soles may show generous wear, but they are not trashy.

CLOTHING DESCRIPTION LANGUAGE:

If I state: "new and never worn" - it is just that! Something that I bought with the hopes of fitting into, and just have not been able to... Typically tags are attached, but always check the "Item Specifics" Section of the auction page... I will tell you the real deal!

If I state: "just like brand new" - it is an item that has been worn a very few number of times, (I usually state the approximate number of times) and the condition is "excellent" - no noticable flaws or stains, rips or holes, etc. If it is cotton knit or sweater material, it may have a few "fuzzies" - but not an excessive amount - or I will state it. All professional clothing that I have owned has been dry cleaned (if the garment care tag required/suggested dry cleaning)!

If I state "gently worn" or "gently used" - it is an item that looks really good, has many years of life left, no gross problems or issues (and I describe in detail any I see).

If I state "used" or "well worn" - it is just that. I will describe and/or show photos of any "issues" with the garment. Some may just need a button added, or there are easily repairable signs of wear or scuffs - but I will do my best to describe in detail!

Sometimes the clothing pieces I sell may need to be cleaned or ironed before they are worn. Some have come directly from the cleaners, but were stored in a cramped closet before selling. A very few pieces I sell are from estate sells, or the like, and sometimes have perfume smells (I will try to note that the item likely needs cleaning) - but I will never sell anything smokey or overly foul smelling.

Often times, the pieces have some wrinkling - but that is typically due to the fact that many of my clothes are stored in cramped closets. Steam or a warm iron will knock those right out!

THE POST OFFICE BUSINESS

I generally mail packages using parcel post or first class mail... and at the latest, I will endeavor to ship within 4-5 business days following the date of payment receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not typically ship with delivery confirmation, insurance, express or priority mailing – but will gladly add any of these services you would like - just let me know and I will resubmit an invoice for you including those services! THAT IS NO PROBLEM!

ALSO NOTE: I am not responsible once the items leave my house, if insurance is not requested and paid for.

Ask for insurance or at least delivery confirmation, if you think there may be a problem. AGAIN, without it, I am not responsible once the items leave my possession.

I ship 90% of the items I sell in white poly or Tyvex style envelopes. I wish I had time to do fancy wrapping and all that kewl stuff, but there just seems to not be enough hours in the day to do all that I'd like. If this shipping method is going to be a problem for you (when it does not harm the item), PLEASE DO NOT BID!

Because I typically can only regularly get to the post office after hours, it may take a few additional days to ship your international item. Of course, I will be as timely as possible.

ALSO, combined rates are available for international shipments of 3 items or more, all won within 7 days, paid for at ONE TIME.

BOTTOM LINE - re: POSTAL STUFF

I wish I could sell on E-bay full time and quit my day job - but I can't - so I cannot get to the post office as often as some other full time sellers you buy from!

I typically go once (and sometimes even) twice a week. If you have not contacted me before paying to tell me you need it FAST - please wait about two weeks (14 days) before asking if your item has been delivered.

In May, the USPS increased their shipping rates AGAIN! If you have shipped recently, or if you sell on e-bay, you TOTALLY know what I am talking about and I am only "singing to the choir" - but if you haven't or don't, check out their website for an understanding of the increase in shipping prices.

I ALWAYS list my shipping fees for ALL items I sell so there is no mystery or confusion....

So, please do not bid if you do not agree with the shipping and handling prices. There are no refunds for changing minds AFTER committing to purchase an item on auction (except in cases where I have grossly misrepresented the item).
