RETURN POLICY:

All returned items require a Signed Authorization by the Seller. All returns must be returned Freight Prepaid. Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.

All non-defective returns will be assessed a 25% restock fee, and will only be accepted in the original packaging, and in reasonable condition. Freight charges will not be refunded.  Any items returned with missing parts, will not be accepted.

Defective products can be returned to the seller within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under their specific warranty allowances.

The Return Authorization “R/A” number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.

Items showing obvious signs of abuse, or misuse will not be accepted.
