This is a Detailed Seller Rating Calculator/Evaluator. You just input your rating, and predict
what happens if certain number of buyers give you a certain rating. An example:
I am using my 635 ratings I received for ITEM AS DESCRIBED.
Average number of Stars is 4.82 ; Now I want to know, how many people
can be utterly disappointed with my service, before I fall to minimum
rating of 4.6 for discounts. I enter 100, and that is too much. Enter 50,
and I am close. Enter 49, and thats what it is. It would take 49 buyers to
give 1 star rating, to bring me down to 4.6 ; So what about you? Well
order the program, and adjust it. Very fun little program. Without it I
was blind. Now I can map my position.

Now, IF 49 Buyers Rate you with 1 star, Your future Star value is 4.55,
which is 4.6 for Ebay.
Obviously the higher the number of ratings you have, the harder it will
be to bring you up or down. So if you are below the threshold, for certain
benefits, and you have thousands of ratings, it will take thousands to
climb up, or down. It will be delivered on a basic CD-R, no fancy stuff, to
save on shipping and handling.
Payments:
For fastest possible delivery I accept PayPal. US Postal money orders are accepted, but ask
me about it so I can approve you.
Shipping:
Timeline: Some packages are shipped the same day. Most the next day. Rarely two days after
the purchase. Priority Mail, less than 5 days. First Class mail less than 9 days.
Discount: I will combine shipping fee on light weight packages, such as memory sticks and
cpus. I will also combine shipping if you buy one heavy and one light weight item,
you pay heavier item's fee only. If you buy two heavy items such as LCDs and
motherboards, you will pay their USPS fee only. I will waive my packaging cost.
To get the discount, you need to contact me before purchase, or after.
Need this item fast?
If you need this extremely fast, like on the next day, contact me. I will get you the shipping
quote. This item is in stock and ready to go. It usually takes less than an hour to get it to
leave Post Office or UPS. Again, this is only for extreme cases. Express mail is expensive.
Warranty:
Software can not be returned. DOA warranty, means I guarantee item works on
arrival, or you will get a full refund, including any shipping back. If you wish to return the
item that works, but you decided you don't want it, there is a 15% restocking fee, and you
agree to pay all shipping fees incurred. This fee is to cover my cost for Ebay fees.

If you receive something that you don't like, always contact me before leaving a negative or
neutral feedback. I always try to work out any problems. I leave feedback at the end of the
month, usually 29th-31th ; This is basically my housekeeping on ebay;

I prefer Ebay's contact form, especially through the item you purchased. Another
is through www.svetils.com message board. But I always prefer Ebay's contact form ,I
check it most often. Don't contact me through paypal payment address. It is mostly used for
automated messages, so there is a good chance I wouldn't see your message.
