TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read terms and conditions prior to bidding.

1- If you are not a serious buyer and/or if you do not intend to follow eBay's rules, please do not bid on this auction.

2- ALL gowns and dresses that we sell are quality brand new, direct from the manufacturer. They are never been worn or used. They are still in the original manufacturers  packaging.

3- Please know your measurements before bidding. Please use a tape measure to take your actual measurements for a proper fit. Do not judge bust measurement by the bra size.

4- All sales are final. No Returns No Refunds. We only allow merchandise credit where buyer can use this credit towards the purchase of any other dress provided the following conditions: (A) buyer has to notify us immediately upon receipt of  merchandize, (B) Merchandize is returned to us within and no later than three days of receipt, and (C) buyer pay for shipping.  

5- If buyer received wrong merchandises, please inform us immediately within 2 business days, otherwise exchange will not be arranged.

6- Winning bidders will be notified by EBay through email within 24 hours from the end of the auction.

7- Winning bidders must contact the seller within 3 days of auction ending to identify their payment Plans. 

8- Payment must be received within seven days of auction ending.

9- If payment is not received within seven days after the auction closure, item will be offered to next highest bidder or will be re-listed. In this case Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with Ebay and an appropriate feedback will be left.

10- Buy-It-Now items are payable within 48 hours of the purchase. If payment is not received within this time the item will be re-listed, Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with Ebay, and an appropriate feedback will be left.

11- We reserve the right to cancel bids placed by bidders with excessive negative feedback for non-payment or bid retractions.

12- Please do not bid on this item if you do not agree with these terms and conditions of this auction.

PAYMENT POLICY

1- For Items sold in the USA and internationally we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

2- If you make payment with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, please call or email the card number, expiration date, billing and shipping addresses, and the Ebay item number.

3- E-checks or Credit Card payment through Paypal is accepted but will not ship until it is cleared by Paypal.

SHIPPING POLICY

1- Shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving payment and full shipping instructions including the correct ship-to address.

2- The Shipping and Handling cost is charged to cover the cost of shipping, shipping supplies, labor cost of item inspection, packing, delivering the item to the Post Office, and tracking the item.

3- All USA buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping & Handling of  their items in the continent of USA .

4- All USA packages will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are made in advance to ship via other courier.

5- All  International buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service Priority Mail International Shipping of  their items to their countries.

6- We offer combined shipping policy if you buy more than one dress. After the first dress, you pay $7 shipping cost for each additional dress in USA. For international combined shipping, it will be automatically calculated by the Ebay shipping calculator based on the total combined weight.

TAXES:

California Residents are charged 8.25%  Sales Tax.

No Sales Tax for Out-State or international Residents.
