Half the book is told from the voice of a black Lab puppy and you turn it over and the other half of the book is told from the view of the boy looking for a puppy. Once there was a black Lab named Jet who wanted a boy. Jet's first human abused him; his second never had time for play. Three little girls next dress him in denim with hair in curlers. All Jet wants is a real boy to run with. There is a boy named Roddy who wants a puppy. He has to go through a lot to get to the middle of this upside down, back-to-front book with the storyfrom the front and from the back. Innovative art by Ed Young with the story written by 93 year old Dorothea Seeber for this 40-page, 10.25" square book. Because of changes in the rules by eBay, we are only accepting PayPal.
