Currently we only ship to the U.S. lower 48 states. (P.R., U.S.V.I. and Hawaii are not included)

Arrangements to ship to Hawaii must be made before bidding, and buyer will pay necessary fees to do so.

Items will be shipped via UPS ground.

Purchases of a greater size may be shipped by freight company if it is more economical or the buyer chooses to do so.

Buyers are welcome to provide their own shipping if that is what the buyer wants.

No APO, FPO, P.O. addresses will be shipped unless prior arrangements have been made before bidding.

We ship Mon.-Fri. Most are shipped within 48hrs of payment. Buyer will be notified if a product requires more preparations for shipping and need more time.(unless arrangements are made).

Notice there maybe some deviation of images due to various monitor settings and capabilities therefore your package may not look exactly as you viewed on your computer.

Payment is to be made within 48 hrs. of auction closing.

Once payment has been made the product may then be shipped.

RETURNS: We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the item is not what is listed. Items are described within listings clearly and as detailed as possible. We encourage bidders to read listings before bidding and call or email if there are any questions.

We cannot accept returns for buyers remorse.

If the product is damaged the buyer must immediately file a report with UPS or the freight company used, then contact us right after. If there has been no contact or report filed within 24hrs of delivery we cannot honor any damage claims.

There are some exceptions and we reserve the right to honor or dishonor any claims that are not within these limits.

These rules are in place to limit false claims which affect our low prices and are not meant to alienate anyone for any reason.
