PAYMENT POLICY

PayPal payment is required immediately if you use the “Buy It Now” (BIN) option, or within 3 days if we accept your Best Offer. FYI, if you use the BIN and don’t pay right away, eBay automatically keeps the item up for sale, and another savvy eBuyer can steal it from you! We send invoices immediately upon auction close. If we do not receive payment in 3 days, we will send you a reminder. If you do not respond, we will file an unpaid item dispute through eBay and leave negative feedback.

SHIPPING POLICY

We try to ship the day after the auction closes. Sometimes, when life intercedes, it may take a few more days to ship. Please be patient and email us if you’re concerned! We always use online shipping, so you will automatically receive a tracking email from PayPal Services. LOOK FOR IT! You can use the tracking number in that email to check the status of your shipment. We use USPS Priority Mail, First Class, Parcel Post or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of your item. All our items ship with confirmation trackers and insurance, so we can be sure you received your item exactly as we shipped it!
