Brown Box Electronics offers a 3 day return policy should you wish to return your item.  However, we would appreciate your cooperation in allowing us to resolve the issue without this necessity (warranty replacement, exchange, etc.) Returns must be received back in the exact same condition that they were sent. Returned items must be insured and shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Only the product price will be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed.
