Books and other media are shipped via USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise indicated. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery for media mail, depending on your location. All items originate from Round Rock, Texas.
EVERY item we ship is INSURED, either privately, or by the USPS or other carrier. This is INCLUDED in your shipping and handling fee. Please contact us first for any claims.
All Media Mail shipments must be originated from the post office. We ship three times weekly, in an effort to combine providing good service with reduced energy costs to help keep our prices low and our planet green.

Ebay has recently established a five star detailed seller rating system. When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly;" eBay, however, considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees, less visibility & more.

All international shipments must be originated at the US Post Office, and require additional handling and paperwork. A nominal US$3.00 handling fee is added to the actual cost of international shipping, to help defray this expense, and allow us to continue to offer this service.
