BoatersWorldOnline and Boatersworldauctions on eBay are the official websites of Ritz Interactive, Inc, which includes RitzCamera.com, BoatersWorld.com, CameraWorld.com and PhotoAlley.com. Ritz Interactive is a separately incorporated company based in Irvine, CA. Ritz Interactive outsources distribution and fulfillment of the products you order to Boaters World Marine Center's distribution facilities.
Product Condition and Warranty:
All products purchased from BoatersWorldOnline are new and have the original manufacturer USA warranty. BoatersWorldOnline is an authorized seller.
No Tax:
You never pay sales tax! We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations and in those states we pay ALL sales taxes (California, Georgia, Kansas and Maryland). For customers in these states, our price includes all applicable taxes. To satisfy Maryland consumer reporting rules, we will show sales tax and an amount equal to the sales tax will be discounted from our regular low price. The order total will be the same as our regular low prices without tax.
International Shipping:
We do not offer or provide international shipping for items sold through our eBay Marketplace store.

- Orders received after 10 AM EST will ship the next business
day.
- Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by 10 AM EST Monday
through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after 10 AM EST
will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
- The warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day,
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (Thurs.
& Fri.).
- No express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, military APO/FPO addresses,
or P.O. Boxes.
- Not all items can be shipped Express Delivery.

Return Policy:

Return Requirements:
- Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging
with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets,
packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The
manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new
shipping carton.
- Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
- Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic
wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
- Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- Please note we do not accept returns on International purchases at this time.
- Please Note: Boats, kayaks, dinghies, canoes, and all engines and motors cannot be returned to BoatersWorld.com. If these products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer.
Returns must be received by BoatersWorld within 14 calendar days
after notifying BoatersWorld of intent to return. After receiving
and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for
the purchase price of the item. You will be refunded in the same
method in which you paid for the merchandise originally. If a check
refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days
to receive your refund. After the return period has expired, please
contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
