• All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged.

• We will cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. Other Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.
• All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
• You must email us at sales@ubuycheap.com and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
