DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

The majority of our auctions offer flat rate shipping for US customers. Buyers in remote areas of the continental US are NOT charged more. Example: Flat rate shipping for sneakers is usually $9.99. Alaska and Hawaii orders are charged a slightly higher rate ($14.99). All domestic items are shipped within 3 Business days of payment being made (through PayPal). All items are packaged in new poly bags, bubble mailers or boxes. Should any delay arise in the shipping process, we will notify you via eBay 'my Messages'. Typically, combined shipping discounts 40% on each additional small item (under 4 lbs, Ex: Shoes, Perfume, Gloves, Hats, Etc).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to all countries in the world. We ship out International Items on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday every week. If payment is received Thursday – Sunday for an international sale, item will be shipped the following Monday – Wednesday.  Please note that there could be up to a 5 day handling time on your international item depending on when payment arrives.  Shipping times vary depending on the country you are from.  Most Canadian packages arrive within 7-10 business days.  Most European and South American packages arrive within 10-14 business days.  All other Countries should expect at least a 21 day transit time.   Please note that these transit times are just estimates and do not include additional delays from the items being held in your country's customs office.  International Shipping times are not guaranteed. DOMESTIC TRACKING INFORMATION

All domestic shipments will have a Fed-Ex or USPS Tracking number.  You will receive an email notification to your PayPal confirmed email address. With USPS, once we print out the shipping label for your package, an automated e-mail is sent from PayPal to your e-mail with the tracking number and shipping information.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see your shipment information e-mail from PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING INFORMATION

The US Postal Service does not offer international tracking on their packages.  The USPS Customs Form Number will be provided as the tracking number.  The USPS sometimes scans this number as a tracking number for international packages but this number can not always be used to track packages for reasons outside of our control. Please bid with confidence!  We have successfully shipped hundreds of items internationally with very few problems!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We ONLY accept Payments through PayPal. Please pay as quickly as possible. If immediate payment is not made, please communicate when payment will be made. We Do NO NOT accept any other forms of payment.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE! NO MONEY ORDERS! You will receive an eBay invoice for your purchase after the auction ends or the item is purchased through a Buy It Now.  Buyers who pay for their item immediately will not receive an eBay invoice for their item. Buyers who do not pay within 7-days of receiving an invoice will receive an UPI (Unpaid Item Reminder). Sales to Buyers in New Jersey ONLY include a 7.00% Sales Tax.

USPS, Fed-Ex, DHL RETURNED OR NON-DELIVERABLE ITEMS

All items are shipped to your PayPal-registered mailing address. Should the item be returned to Luxurywarehouse for an incorrect mailing address, because you were not home to receive your package, etc., We will send you an e-mail notification for an updated address and an invoice through PayPal for the return shipping back to you. Domestic Re-Shipping charges will typically cost $4.99-$7.99 depending on your proximity to us. Re-Shipping Charges can be negotiated depending on the circumstance. Please make sure your PayPal-registered address is correct and to track your package so that you are available for receipt.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on all items sold by Luxurywarehouse and will be processed as refunds through PayPal. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.  Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received in (i.e. with tags attached, new in box, etc.).  The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges; unless Luxurywarehouse made a shipping error (In this case we will cover return shipping costs). Returned items will have a 5-15% restocking fee assessed to the refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was the wrong item or grossly misrepresented in the auction description.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Luxurywarehouse Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 day a week, 365 days a year.  All Communication is done via e-mail and we prefer you use the eBay message system for all your communications.  Personal e-mails can get spammed or lost but eBay messages get sent to your personal e-mail and are also archived within the MY MESSAGES section of eBay.  All e-mail messages and eBay messages are answered as promptly as possible.  Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
