The difference is in the sleek, streamlined comfortable collar -- 30% smaller and lighter than other containment receivers. Innotek's exclusive ReadyTest™ produces a brief pleasant clicking from the collar to assure you of perfect collar fit, and indicates the system status and battery status of the receiver collar. The new Lithium Ion batteries (similar to cell phone batteries) charge in only 2 hours, and maintain the charge for weeks at a time. Patented run-through prevention (correction level automatically increases as your pet approaches the boundary) and timeout between corrections help your dog learn his limits quickly and safely. Big Cat Pet Supplies generally ships next buisness day after payment is received. Our preferred shipper is FEDX Ground but reserves the right to use UPS Ground. We will not ship to a PO Address. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays when preferred shippers are closed. Orders recevied and paid daily until 11:00pm are processed for shipping next business. Orders received and paid Friday through Sunday will be processed for Monday shipping. (except Holidays). We have no control over weather conditions that hinder shipper's performance. We will try to honor Customer's having special shipping requests. Please contact us with your requests.

Big Cat Pet Supplies will honor returns if notified within 10 days from receipt of the item. You must contact us for a RMA number before returning any item purchased. Warranty issues are covered by the manufacture. We will help you all we can in resolving. We will refund your purchase price less shipping for items returned with RMA (no exceptions unless it was our error) Items returned must include the original product packaging and all relate product literature for refund. All items must be returned to the location as indicated by us. We desire to resolve problems that are fair to both the buyer and seller. Note about "Free Shipped Items" Refunds will be not include the actual cost to ship to customer
