The FREE ArtCut 2009 software included with this Cutting Plotter DOES NOT work on windows XP PRO.
It does work on over 95% of all windows XP Home and Vista computers. However, we only give tech support on Windows XP Home and we do not guarantee this FREE ArtCut software will work on all XP Home or Vista Computers. We do offer a Flexi Starter Software that does work on all Windows XP Home and all Windows Vista but it is something you would need to purchase from our ebay store should the FREE ArtCut software included with this cutting plotter not work for you.
