We Ship Domestically (USA) and Internationally via FedEx
Tickets will USUALLY ship the same business day if ordered by 5:30 PM ET.  Our listings USUALLY state when tickets will be available for shipping.  If there is ANY problem, we'll notify you immediately.

ETICKETS, will always be shipped via FedEx if the event is more than 48 hours away.  Shorter time frames will be handled on a case by case basis.  If show is the same day - you can count on tickets being emailed to your PayPal email address.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not buy/submit an offer if you do not have a confirmed address.

We ship primarily through FedEx, as in our experience, it's the most reliable method.  We will use alternate methods as needed.

FedEx will NOT deliver to a Post Office Box!

Shipping Options:

FedEx Express Saver - for shows at least 5 days away $15.00

FedEx 2nd Day - for shows 2 or 3 days away $17.50

FedEx Standard Overnight - for shows the Next Day or Orders Needed Quickly $20.00

FedEx Priority Overnight (Delivery before Noon) $25.00

FedEx Saturday Delivery in United States (where available) $35.00

FedEx International Priority to Canada $35.00 (except Saturday delivery).

FedEx International - Globally - email or call for price quote.

Your winning bid or "Buy It Now" is a legally binding contract.  It requires that you the bidder follows through with your payment for your purchase.  Just as you would expect to receive the item you've purchased!

All Event Dates are subject to change without notice.  If we receive information that an event has changes time, date or location we'll do our best to contact our customer - but make no guarantees that we'll be sucessful.

We will only refund an order if an event is CANCELLED and NOT RESCHEDULED.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Depending on the timeframe from original purchase to the date of performance cancellation, the form of refund maybe different from the original form of payment.

We generally leave positive feedback AFTER order has been delivered.  We would appreciate our customers also leaving feedback - as it really does give buyers and sellers an idea of how each is doing!

* PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

Please keep in mind when using PayPal's E-CHECK method, payments will NOT clear for up to 5 days.  If your event is in less than 5 days. DON'T USE THIS METHOD as we can't ship tickets for orders where payment hasn't cleared.

* If the event is more than 7 days away payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or your offer being accepted. If the event is less than 7 days away payment must be received within 24 hours.

If you can not pay within those time frames please do not purchase or submit an offer.
