Tutu has an extremely soft thick VERY comfortable elastic waistband on the inside. fits waists 15"-22"

The frills are 5-6 inches. long

The outer colored mesh is shiny black peaks and the full layers of pink tulle adds that extra frill bounce and flare (really pretty). Also beautifully decorated with bows.

The WAND has pink puff of mariboa to the back, matched the wings.

These are truly the cutest things I have ever seen the pictures don't do them justice.

Great for dance, ballet, pictures, party favors, dressup, or just fun!
