Designed by special forces soldier SSG Andrew Smith, while serving in combat with the U.S. Army's 115th Military Police Company in the city of Al Fallujah, Iraq. Inspiration for this lighter came from the ingenuity of soldiers serving in Irag who often had to invent ways of making their equipment ready/available using combinations of slings and hooks. Super hot flame is wind resistant Quantum Force V. The quantum system represents a giant step forward for butane lighters. Ignition occurs without the aid of flint or battery. The revolutionary Quantum "Jet Torch" firing mechanism conserves butane, extending the time between refills. Solid metal case is engraveable. Water resistant cap has built in o-ring. Integral carabiner snaps securely on vest or belt for easy reach. Fuel level view window.  NEW IN GIFT TIN Never been used.
