    This is an Official Final Fantasy 7 VII Brady Strategy guide brand new from my personal collection. Magazine has never been viewed and this is the 1st Edition print, not the second one that says 'Over 1 million copies in print'. To even find this NEW is hard. There are Brady guides like this on ebay but never NEW, this is the only one to my knowledge that is new in collectors condition. I will package this with care.
