Brand New in Manufacturer's Packaging - 1999 Brown Label Box.  Only available from 1999-2001, this should be the First Year of Issue for Neil.  Long Retired and Very Hard to Find.  Collect while Available!

SHIPPING

Expect item to be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment.

Unboxed/unpackaged engines and vehicles will be individually wrapped to prevent any further paint wear.

First Class Mail Shipping --  bubble wrapped and placed in an envelope. 

Priority Mail Shipping  --  bubble wrapped and placed in a Priority Mail Box.

MULTIPLE ITEMS:

Will combine shipping if you win multiple items.  Please request an Invoice when you are ready to Checkout.   Will only charge actual shipping cost.
