To my EBAY customers. I would like to answer a few questions about my food, snack, nuts and seed section of my eBay store and when these items are at auction. I changed the shipping in this section to CALCULATED SHIPPING to help give the most accurate postage I can.

 The postage is based on the given weight in the ad not the actual weight of the item shipped (Most of my bags weigh more than the given weight and even more with packing and the box!) So buyers save there. 

 I do charge $1.00 for each ice gel pack I use for chocolate and yogurt goodies and OVER SEAS PACKING AND SHIPPING.

 The items I sell in this section are top of the line and as good if not better than some of those holiday gift books for nuts and candy and many top grade grocery stores. Buyers save there. The factory supplies many distributors through out the world!! All the items are in plastic bags; not fancy tins and boxes so the buyer saves a lot there too.

At the moment buyers must send me the invoice to re-calculate if you buy different items. The eBay system does not calculate correctly and will over charge on the insurance and can not add the weight up of different items. Please be sure to send me the invoice for me to over-ride eBay. I DO offer a discount on my seeds and nuts when you buy five or more bags from the store only. Not items at AUCTION. This discount is on bags that cost $5.99 each and over. Bags under that amount have been deep discounted already. The discount will show up on your revised invoice.

Please pay within three (3) days of your auction as I like to ship ASAP. But I do ask that buyers give me up to 2 weeks to ship out and 3 weeks from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Sometimes it is just that busy and it is just one person doing all the work. This is not a large business. If you do need something fast just email me a seperate email and let me know!

 Everything in this section is fresh from the factory. Most items have a shelf life of 4-6 months at 72 degrees. Longer if your keep it in the refrigerator. You may freeze or vacuum pack these but read up on how long it will last that way.

If you have allergies to peanuts or other nuts please remember that it is all processed on the same equipment as per Maryland regulations for food safety. So check with your doctor.

IF YOU EVER RECEIVE ANY THING THAT IS NOT UP TO MY HIGH STANDARDS…LET ME KNOW ASAP VIA EMAIL. ( Wish I could have tasted everything but I can not.) LOL. Also remember now that PARCEL POST may take a lot longer than it use too due to changes in the post office. I usually recommend PRIORITY MAIL service. My post office told me that a package with parcel post to Hawaii may take up to 5 weeks now??? BE SURE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR EACH ORDER GOING TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR OWN. POSTAGE IS BASED ON EACH SHIPPING ADDRESS AND POSTAGE IS PRINTED BASED ON THE GIVEN ADDRESS. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHIP TO OTHER ADDRESSES BUT YOU MUST MAKE THE CHANGE FOR EACH SHIPMENT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. Please do not just add the address in the note section. Hope I have answered many of your questions in advance.
