Using a remote control, a citronella spray is ejected from a device worn around the dog's neck. Simply press the buton on the remote control and an inoffensive citronella spray is ejected. Big Cat Pet Supplies will honor returns if notified within 10 days from receipt of the item. You must contact us for a RMA number before returning any item purchased. Warranty issues are covered by the manufacture. We will help you all we can in resolving. We will refund your purchase price less shipping for items returned with RMA (no exceptions unless it was our error) Items returned must include the original product packaging and all relate product literature for refund. All items must be returned to the location as indicated by us. We desire to resolve problems that are fair to both the buyer and seller.
