To ensure this, Salon Outfitters has a no-hassle return policy within 30 days from the original date of purchase. After 30 days our merchandise falls under the Salon Outfitters 1-year warranty terms and conditions.

If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise within 30 days of your original date of purchase for a full refund, simply follow the steps below:

1. Call or email Salon Outfitters to let us know you are returning your item.

2. Place your like-new condition merchandise back in the original packaging and seal the box.

3. Place a note in the box with the reason you are returning the item, your full name, and your phone number.

4. Ship it back to Salon Outfitters using the carrier of your choice (we do not pay return shipping). We strongly recommend you put insurance on your return shipment.

Once Salon Outfitters receives your return, we will open the box to ensure all parts are included and condition is like-new. Upon verification we will issue a 100% full refund of your purchase price. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase.

All Salon Outfitters merchandise is insured and shipped Free, to your continental U.S. business or residential address. Salon Outfitters cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

All products have a 1 year warranty on parts. If your item breaks due to a defect, Salon Outfitters will repair it free of charge. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void our warranty. Salon Outfitters warranty does not include replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, consumable parts such as filters or worn implements.
